Terms of Use

Radical IFS is my teaching work. I'm Melissa Sandfort. I'm not a credentialed therapist. I'm a certified IFS practitioner who has been offering IFS life coaching since around 2008.

My courses and classes are educational and experiential. They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or medical advice, and taking them doesn't make me your therapist.

Coaching is not the only healing modality in the world, and it is not the best for everyone at all times. If things arise as a result of a course or class, please reach out to your support network or get support, as sometimes a little bit of IFS goes a LONG way.

You need to be 18 or older to buy a course or class.

Please keep your sign-in to yourself. A course is for the person who bought it.

When you buy an on-demand course, you have access to it for 2 years from the day you buy it. When your access ends, you can renew it by buying the course again, for another 2 years.

The videos, PDFs and audio are for your own learning. Please don't pass them on. Each PDF you download carries your name, hidden inside the file.

Everything on this site, including the videos, PDFs, writing and artwork, belongs to me. Please ask before using any of it beyond your own learning.

Payments are taken by Stripe, on Stripe's own page. Prices are in US dollars.

There are no refunds on courses. I ask that you think carefully before purchasing a course so that it is the right match for you.

If you have a special situation, please write to me at hello@radicalifs.com, and we can talk about a credit toward other videos.

If you live somewhere the law gives you the right to cancel an online purchase, such as the EU or the UK, and you ask within that time, I'll refund you.

If you buy a course you already have, I'll email you. You can choose a different course instead, or get a refund.

If a course is refunded, access to it ends.

There are no refunds. If you must miss a class, you can transfer your registration to a future class! If I have to cancel, the class will be rescheduled as soon as I'm able rather than refunded.

Some classes are recorded and sold afterwards as courses. Before you register for one, you sign a separate recording consent, and that agreement covers the recording. The recording is included free with your registration, with 2-year access.

Classes run under Our Friendly, Loving Safety Agreement. All material everyone shares should not be shared with people who are not members of this group, even if you don't use their name. Please don't record, screenshot or photograph any part of a class.

If you criticize others in the class, I reserve the right to determine that you may not be the right fit for my classes.

If I ever say or do something that is upsetting or doesn't feel right, please let me know. I will never promise to be perfect. I only promise to do my best to take responsibility for my parts.

If something on the site doesn't work, write to me and I'll fix it. I do my best to keep the site and the videos working, but I can't promise they will never be interrupted. If something does go wrong, the most I'm responsible for is what you paid for the course or class.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

If I change these terms, I'll post the new version here with a new date. The new version covers new purchases. Anything you've already bought stays under the terms you bought it under.
